What clients ask before signing
Do you handle the DOSH submission, or do we?+
We handle it end to end — design approval, testing, machinery registration (JKJ 103 / JKJ 105), competent firm and person registration, and renewal of PMA, PMT and PMD certificates.
Can you inspect for CUI without removing the insulation?+
Yes. We use Pulsed Eddy Current (PEC), which reads average wall thickness through insulation and cladding. No strip-down and no scaffolding required at each reading point.
Do you supply the conveyor scrapers as well as service them?+
Yes. We supply HOSCH belt cleaning systems and carry out the installation, blade replacement and scheduled maintenance ourselves.
What is laser cleaning better at than blasting?+
It removes rust and coatings without grit, chemicals or blasting media — so there is far less containment, cleanup and waste disposal, with minimal impact on the substrate.
Do you install and commission decanter centrifuges?+
Yes. We handle rigging and installation, commissioning and performance checks, plus overhaul and vibration diagnostics on units already in service.
